Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from Bruce Russell & Son, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including any packaging. Please note that earrings and bespoke items made to order are not eligible for return.

It may take up to 14 working days from the date we receive your returned item(s) to process your return. During this time, we may need to speak with you to complete the process. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, we will return your item(s) to the delivery address linked to the order.

For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you send the item(s) by post with tracking and insurance to ensure they reach us safely. Please note that any return postage must be covered by you.

Refunds will be issued within 30 working days by crediting the payment card or PayPal account used to purchase the item.
