Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from Bruce Russell & Son, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including any packaging. Please note that earrings and bespoke items made to order are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The amount will be credited to the payment card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.

For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you send the item(s) by post with tracking and insurance to ensure they reach us safely. Please note that any return postage must be covered by you.
